Quotes
Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document. Acceptance is confirmed when you agree the quote and any deposit terms in writing or by email.
Variations
Changes to scope, materials or access discovered on site may affect price. We will agree variations with you before additional work proceeds.
Access & safety
You must provide safe access to the boundary. Underground services should be located before excavation. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities you have not disclosed.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote. Deposits for materials may be requested on larger orders. Final balances are due on agreed terms when work completes.
Cancellation
If you cancel after materials are ordered, you may be liable for reasonable costs already incurred. Tell us as soon as your plans change.
Guarantees
Workmanship cover is defined on your quote. Timber is a natural product — movement and weathering are normal and not defects if materials were correctly specified and installed.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our trade. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law for the contracted work.
