How high can a garden fence be without planning permission?
In most cases, fences up to 2 metres at the rear or side of a house and up to 1 metre at the front do not need planning permission, unless your property is listed or in a conservation area. We can advise when we visit.

How long does a typical garden fence take?
A straightforward rear garden run of 10–15 metres often takes one to two days, depending on access, ground conditions and whether old fencing must be removed.
Do you use concrete or timber posts?
Concrete posts are our default for new timber installs in Lincolnshire because they cope well with clay soil movement. Timber posts are available where you prefer them and ground conditions allow.
Are you available at weekends?
Enquiries are accepted 24/7. Site visits and installations are scheduled by appointment — tell us your preferred days in the quote form.
Do you remove old fencing?
Yes, when agreed in your quote. We dispose of removed materials responsibly and leave posts holes ready for new posts.
