Responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, delivering fencing services, managing warranties, and meeting legal accounting obligations.
Legal bases
Legitimate interests for enquiries; contract performance for customers; legal obligation for tax records; consent where you opt in to optional marketing (we do not send bulk marketing without consent).
Processors
Form hosting (Tally.so), email and accounting tools may process data on our instructions. We use providers with appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses as applicable.
Data subject requests
